We have two big categories for camping mat, air sleeping pad and foam sleeping pad. Both are popular for our clients.
Foam sleeping pads are made of high-density PU foam and PVC or TPU shell, it inflate directly after one valve. the thickness could be 3cm/5cm/7.5cm/10cm as you need. You can choose differently as temperature discrepancy. The Air sleeping pad comes with a value and TPU fabric shell. Should use your breath to fill them up.

Pros for air sleeping pad:

Cons for air sleeping pad:
1.More expensive because the fabric is TPU
2.Make some noises when you moving
3.Air pad would puncture more easily, should prevent from sharp objects.

1.Good insulation and warmer
2.More durable and resistant
3.Cheaper than air sleeping pad
4.Easy setup, just open the valve is ok
Cons for foam sleeping pad
1.They are more bulky and firm
2.Difficult to fold and pack
3.Weight for taking and backpacking, Increase the burden on campers
How to choose a sleeping pad?
If you’re on a budget, foam sleeping pad is your best choose. But we also try best to reduce cost for air sleeping pad and aim to meet more clients request.
Some guys need to put their camping pad in the ground or contact with sharp rocks, take foam pad. Only use in the tent, air pad is quite good.
Hikers will camping or hiking in a variety of weather. You should choose as different temperatures, we also consider this point, so we design more thick air sleeping pad and even two separate inflation layers or chambers to give you more cushioning. Which one more comfortable? There is no doubt that an air sleeping pad is more comfortable and soft. To better support the curves of your body, especially for the side sleepers.
If you want to go light camping, please go with an air sleeping pad. It is ideal for light camping and hiking.
A sleeping pad that packs small is always welcome, saving space is important especially for backpackers and hikers. Inflated size though is what most matters in my opinion. Again you must find your ideal compromise.
